Roofing Installations

How We Do It

1. We start by taping around all areas of your home, landscaping, decks, pavers etc. Nothing will be left unprotected.
2. With a tremendous respect for landscaping, we will then begin the removal of your old roof, which will be done in sections. We'll never remove more than we can complete in a single day.
3. After the old roof has been removed, an inspection will be done of the plywood to make sure there are no signs of rot. If there is, we will replace each sheet as needed.
4. The next step will be the installation of ice and water shield along all eaves and valleys, around skylights, chimneys, and all step flashings of your roof.
5. Finally we’ll get your approval. We will not leave your home until you are completely satisfied.
